This is a very well-written book for university students. The book clearly highlights cultural diversity within the organizational context. This is good for educational purposes because it helps the instructor during the transition from one topic to another.Įasy to use and to move through different parts. The flow of the book makes it logical to build each chapter based on the previous one. The design of the book separates the learning topics into small learning packages that can be selected based on the need. This facilitates the learning process.Īlthough the size of the book is large and not logical to be used all in one semester. The structure of the chapters is very consistent.
The book is clear and helps the reader to move through sections smoothly. Therefore, it will be important to look to the places where there will be a need for updates. Some topics in organizational behavior are stable while others are changing very fast. It talks about current practices in today's organizations. In general, no key mistakes were identified. This book is accurate and provides relevant content. (2) The learning methodology includes the topics' content, discussion questions, key takeaways, and exercises. The most important topics that new employees (fresh graduates) would need to know are included in this book.
